EULA - End User License Agreement

The radar images displayed by the StormPredator program are originally authored by the NOAA, NWS, or related government agencies. The authoring agency is solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the information contained in these Images. IN NO WAY will IntelliWeather, WeatherShop.com, and StormPredator, its owners, principals, heirs, or assigns be held liable for incomplete, false, or misleading information contained in any of these retransmitted products. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION! StormPredator is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only, it should not be relied upon as the soles means of information for protecting life and property from severe weather.

StormPredator obtains its data via the Internet and delivers the information to its users over the Internet to their computer. Because the Internet is by nature unstable, unreliable and unmanageable, StormPredator cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality of its services. user hereby agrees that it will well and truly indemnify and save harmless IntelliWeather, WeatherShop.com, StormPredator, and its parent companies from all manners of suit, actions, damages, charges and expenses, including attorney and counsel fees related to any weather event, action or inaction on the part of the user, related to or stemming from use or misuse of StormPredator. IntelliWeather, WeatherShop.com, and StormPredator, its owners, principals, heirs, or assigns shall in no way be liable in any way to the user related to the use or misuse of the StormPredator program.

The user is granted a single license for use on a single computer. User also agrees not to duplicate any part of the StormPredator program, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or in any way modify the program unless granted express permission by IntelliWeather. User agrees to abide by US Copyright Laws. This program is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.
